Data retention and processing

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, unless you tell us otherwise by exercising your right to erasure, or for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations and address any liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data was collected. Where necessary, PREFAPP CLOUD CONSULTING SL will erase or rectify data when it is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer needed for its purpose, in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.

PREFAPP CLOUD CONSULTING SL adopts reasonably reliable and effective physical, organisational and technological measures, controls and procedures designed to preserve the integrity and security of your data and guarantee your privacy.
